“Stay far away from this company. The tech named Daniel Walker is nothing more than high priced used car salesman. He had no idea about the laws regarding R-22 and attempted to scare me into getting a new system because he said he can’t find R-22 and if they could it would cost a couple thousand dollars. How can anybody trust these people when the homeowner knows more about their business than the tech? The current company fixing my system had 2 bottles of R-22 on his truck and a pallet back at the warehouse. This company I’m going with is charging me $500. Compared to Daniel’ quote range of $8,000 to $14,000 this is a no brainer.”

As I mentioned on the phone, we never want you to feel like we are using pressure to purchase a repair and I am deeply sorry that you felt this way after our visit. Our management team is on this and will ensure that this never happens again.
Blue Air is great! In addition to doing a great job with the actual installation of my furnace, they followed through with every single thing they promised. They said that they were going to be there at 8:00am, and they were. They said that they were going to e-mail me a copy of the warranty, and they did. They were on-time, courteous, and did it all at a competitive price. That kind of dedication and follow-through goes a long way with customer service. I highly recommend Blue Air! I wrote the above paragraph 8 years ago, and I just wanted to amend it. I recently used BlueAir to install a full HVAC system in my new house two years ago. Since the installation, I have had to rely on BlueAir for some follow-up work. Both Marianna and Mark have been extremely accommodating, and follow through to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Marianna even took my phone call after hours when I needed to speak with her. Thanks for the great customer service!

“I have been a customer for over 13 years. We were in Las Vegas where our unit went out. Blue air installed a new unit and we did everything by phone. Now 13 years later our unit went out on a Friday in August. Blue air had Kerry come out by 3 pm. We needed a new unit . Malinda was at our house around 5pm. She showed us the new units. We selected one and it was installed by 5 pm on Monday. I am and will continue to be a loyal costumer . Blue air is very professional and make you feel like you are their best costumer . Keep up the great work.”

“My AC wasn't working so I called BlueAir for diagnostics. It turned out to be an electrical problem. I called my electrician. The technician from BlueAir explained to my electrician exactly what the problem was, what he needed to bring, and gave me the extra info I needed for my electrician. Even my electrician was impressed with the service I got!
I submitted a service request online after they closed. They called me upon opening the next morning and got here the same day.

“BlueAir distinguishes it self from the competition because of its people. When I requested a quote we scheduled an appointment in which the estimator was on time. She developed our zone requirements and calculated a four tier quote in our home. The BlueAir quote was competitive- they weren’t the lowest nor highest bidder. The installation team was led by a combat veteran. Carpets we covered, pictures were taken down by his team-these professionals took the initiative. Each member of his team “played their position” so the installation process was performed safely and to the quoted specifications. When the extensive project was completed there were no physical signs of the installation team other than cool air. BlueAir analyzed and addressed our needs as if we were family. I enthusiastically endorse BlueAir for A/C installation”

“One of the best companies we have dealt with! Right from the phone call to BlueAir, they were right on! Mark had someone come to repair our unit within 2 hours. Brandon, the technician, was very professional and a nice guy. He took care of the problem right away. He even had to make a run to central Austin to get the right part for us. He was back within 20 minutes. Finished the job and left. Mark at the office also realized that they had overcharged us so he called us and gave us the refunded the extra charge. Bottom line, Very fast, very professional and very honest. Thank you BlueAir! We will call you again in the future and you should too!

Thank you for the fast, efficient, and friendly service!! I will be recommending you all to anyone who asks me. Long story short my A/C started blowing warm air on Sunday night. After calling a few companies (who couldn't fit me in until Tuesday afternoon)….BlueAir was at my home within 30 minutes of my call. The tech was very professional and informative. He looked over my outside unit and about 20 minutes later walked in with the part that was bad. He had an immediate estimate for me and explained we would start with that part and see if it fixed the problem. Thank goodness it did!! He had some other recommendations for me…and even walked me outside to show me on the unit (my dryer vent blows very close and he mentioned lint in the area). Within an hour my A/C was blowing cold….”

“Great service and price. After calling three other companies that were referred to me, they quoted $100 less, and could come within the window of time I had available. I generally do not go with the lowest bidder, as I understand that in most cases, you get what you pay for, but my neighbor had great things to say about them. I was not disappointed!
Andrew was the gentleman that serviced my system and he was not pushy, which is a deal killer for me. He was straight forward with my options and did a great job. He was in and out quickly and fixed my issue. Based on his great service, the professionalism of the person I spoke to on the initial call, and the cost, I will use them every time.

“I called Blue Air because my AC went out and I have 7 animals in the house. They were recommended by a friend of mine who had used them in the past. I called and left a message as it was before they had opened.
I received a phone call right away after they got into the office. I explained my situation with the animals and they managed to get me an appointment and were out in a few hours. Joe Gutierrez was the technician that came out. He was incredibly professional polite and knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. He seemed to like my animals too! Big Plus in my book. He had my AC up and running within 30-45 minutes with a new capacitor.

“My air condensing unit was acting up and I called multiple companies. Since it was a weekend I could not get anyone on the phone! Finally got a referral from my neighbors who had good results with BlueAir! I called and actually got to talk to a live person. They had a tech call me within 5 minutes and the tech was at my house within 30 minutes. He was very professional and got my ac cooling in less than 20 minutes and for under $300! I would highly recommend!”
