You guys put the Mr. Slim split air system in my master bedroom. I heard a voice mail on my phone at work where you asked me how it went. Every so often, I receive service that far exceeds my expectations, and most recently, I had that with Daniel. Not only did he arrive on time, he was able to diagnose the issue and resolve the AC issue in a timely manner.
Daniel was also among the most professional of repair people whom I’ve worked with. He was pleasant to work with and went the extra mile to clean-up residue and confirm that the issue was fully resolved before leaving.
