Residential Maintenance Plan Sign Up

Sign up for a Blue Protection Plan to ensure that your equipment is operating at peak efficiency. We will contact you each season to schedule an appointment at your convenience. If you would like to skip a season – no problem! We do not require prepayment which makes our plan flexible for you.

  • BlueAir, LLP agrees to provide (2) complete maintenance calls per year.
    Price: $69 for 1st unit per visit; $59 for each additional unit per visit.
    Payment is due upon completion of work.
    You will be contacted twice each year to schedule your maintenance call.
    Service will be scheduled during regular hours, 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
    Agreement can be cancelled by either party at any time.
